This was done for a shop opening in Oslo called HEVN – which I learned means “Revenge” in Norwegian.
She wanted something like my Flora & Fauna piece, but with regional animals. I happened to have some appropriate references on hand and got to work after stopping in the flower show for some trimmings and going to a grocery to purchase a pomegranate …because I had never drawn one before.
